Refund Policy

1. Room Booking Refunds

• Cancellation 24+ hours before check-in: Full refund within 5–7 working days
• Cancellation within 24 hours: One night tariff deducted; balance refunded
• No-show: Full booking amount forfeited
• Early check-out: Remaining nights at 50% tariff

2. Dining Reservations

Advance payments refundable with 48-hour notice. Within 48 hours: 50% retained.

3. Refund Process

• Bank transfers: 5–7 working days
• UPI: 2–3 working days
• Cards: 7–10 working days
